Wellness Wednesdays: Mental Health and Well-being Tips for All

Kids ages 5 to 12 need 10 to 11 hours of sleep each night. Adults need 7-9 hours of sleep each night and have you ever lived with a teen? They need a ton of sleep! In today’s Wellness Wednesday, we try a sleepy-time relaxation model and learn some sleep hygiene tips.

In today’s Wellness Wednesday post, we learn about focusing our attention on God through Christian Meditation. Christian Meditation dates to the 3rd and 4th centuries with the early Desert Mothers and Fathers. The nature of this prayer is to prepare and participate.

Direct from the Director: We Give Thanks!

Over the course of the past week we gathered as school communities to pray, to give thanks and to celebrate. This Thanksgiving weekend provided us the opportunity to gather with family and friends and give thanks for all we enjoy living in Canada.
